We’re always happy to chat about ideas. While we’re simplifying our party craft options, we can sometimes include personalised elements or tailor activities to suit your child’s interests. Just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

From time to time we may have craft kits available, but our main focus is now on in-house craft experiences and parties at the café. Keep an eye on our social media for updates.

Yes! Our team will lead the craft activity, provide all the materials, and help the all throughout, making sure everyone has fun and gets creative.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our downstairs area. We kindly ask that they remain under control and considerate of other guests.

Wheelchair users are welcome in our downstairs area. Unfortunately, our toilets are located at the back of the building and require steps, so they are not currently wheelchair accessible.

There is no dedicated parking at the venue, however there are public car parks and on-street parking options nearby.

Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking in advance during busy periods to avoid disappointment.

Please inform a member of our team about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we do our best to accommodate guests, our prep area handles multiple allergens and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Rinse the area with cold water, gentle work in washing up liquid before washing as normal. Avoid hot water or tumble drying until the stain has gone. If you have nail varnish remover on hand, using this with a toothbrush sometimes helps stubborn stains.

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that any paint will come out so we recommend wearing something that you don’t mind getting messy

We have 1 highchair available to use plus a booster seat that can be attached to a standard chair for toddlers. We recommend adding a note to your booking if you require one and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
