Terms & Conditions for Craft Social Yorkshire
Version 2 created April 2026

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all bookings and attendance at Craft Social Yorkshire. By booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Venue & Attendance
All sessions take place at Craft Social. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss part of the session. All participants must follow staff instructions and venue rules.
3. Booking & Payment
Workshop ookings are confirmed upon full payment for workshops via the website. For private bookings, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance will be invoiced during the week of the booking and must be paid before the event.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Workshop cancellations over 48 hours receive a refund minus £5. Less than 48 hours are non-refundable. Private booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of private bookings are fully non-refundable.
5. Private Bookings
Private sessions are held at our venue unless agreed otherwise. Minimum and maximum group sizes apply (our minimum number is 8 and maximum is 25 across both floors of our cafe). Changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively without refund. Alcohol may be refused at our discretion.
7. Damage to Property
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furniture, or equipment and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
8. Health & Safety
We prioritise safety and are DBS checked, first aid trained, and hold Level 2 Food Safety certification. Participants must follow all safety instructions and disclose any relevant medical conditions.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for personal injury or loss unless caused by our negligence. Personal belongings are brought at your own risk.
10. Privacy
Customer data is used only for booking and communication purposes and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
