We aren’t creative can we still come to your events?
Absolutely! Our craft activities are designed for everyone to enjoy, whether you’re a seasoned crafter or trying it for the first time. We guide the children step-by-step and encourage creativity, so everyone can have fun and feel proud of what they make.
Do you host parties at your café?
Yes! All of our craft parties take place in our welcoming café space. We provide the materials, set everything up, and guide the activities, so you can relax while the children enjoy a creative celebration.
What if we'd like something bespoke and personalised can you do this?
We’re always happy to chat about ideas. While we’re simplifying our party craft options, we can sometimes include personalised elements or tailor activities to suit your child’s interests. Just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you still offer craft kits to take home?
From time to time we may have craft kits available, but our main focus is now on in-house craft experiences and parties at the café. Keep an eye on our social media for updates.
Will someone guide the craft activity during the party?
Yes! Our team will lead the craft activity, provide all the materials, and help the all throughout, making sure everyone has fun and gets creative.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Please refer to the terms and conditions sent to you at time of booking. If you’re in doubt, we’re happy to have a chat.
Are you dog friendly?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our downstairs area. We kindly ask that they remain under control and considerate of other guests.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchair users are welcome in our downstairs area. Unfortunately, our toilets are located at the back of the building and require steps, so they are not currently wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is no dedicated parking at the venue, however there are public car parks and on-street parking options nearby.
Do I need to book a table?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking in advance during busy periods to avoid disappointment.
Can you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
Please inform a member of our team about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we do our best to accommodate guests, our kitchen handles multiple allergens and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Is the venue family friendly?
Yes, families are very welcome. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Can I use a laptop or work from the venue?
We aim to create a relaxed, social environment for all guests. For this reason, we kindly ask that laptops and work devices are not used in the venue.
Is the venue screen-free?
Yes. We encourage guests to enjoy a screen-free environment where possible — a place to relax, socialise and take a break from devices.
